Abstract

These guidelines will support higher education institutions and research organizations in Ukraine in establishing and implementing institutional open access strategies for their researchers' scholarly works.

Ці методичні матеріали допоможуть закладам вищої освіти і науковим установам України створити і впровадити власні стратегії відкритого доступу до наукових здобутків науковців.
