Abstract

Purpose of the Recommendations - to establish a unified approach to the use of open access (OA) licenses for the online dissemination of research outputs — including publications (articles, monographs, and preprints), data, software, educational materials, and scientific and technical information. This will contribute to enhancing the accessibility, visibility, and impact of Ukrainian science, ensuring alignment with open science principles, and advancing Ukraine's integration into the European Research Area (ERA) and the global open science ecosystem.
