Abstract

This repository contains the dataset for "An integrated dataset of clinopyroxene-melt and amphibole-melt cation partitioning in hydrous alkaline primitive to intermediate magmas.". A standalone Excel macro-enabled file for modeling lattice strain fitting to clinopyroxene/melt and amphibole/melt partitioning is also provided, as well as the code used in the modeling worksheet. The macro-enabled file is protected to ensure no disruptive changes can be accidentally made, as this will prevent the macro from successfully model lattice strain fitting, but enables data input/output as described in the embedded instructions. By default, the algorithm only saves best fit results for each fit. The password to modify all features in the macro-enabled spreadsheet is "starfish".
