Abstract

V'GER SYSTEM est le Kernel d'architecture MSO (Middle-Out) opérationnel en Base 4. Il définit l'Indice de Cohérence Native (ICN) 1,0418 et le Seuil de Saturation 84 comme opérateurs de transition géométrique universelle. Ce document compile les preuves expérimentales de 2026 (Al3 trimer, transition supersolide, supraconductivité et chiffrement ADN) validant la sortie de la Base 2 binaire vers la gestion souveraine de l'information-matière.
