IAMirror The Infrastructure of Structured Cognition

Abstract

IAMirror introduces a cognitive architecture designed to structure human reasoning before decision-making.Most failures in decision-making do not originate from a lack of data, but from unstructured cognition. IAMirror addresses this gap by transforming raw perception—observations, intuition, uncertainty—into clear, coherent, and evaluable reasoning. The system operates as a metacognitive layer that separates facts, interpretations, and unknowns, organizes them into structured representations, and enables explicit evaluation of coherence, viability, and risk.IAMirror does not produce answers or make decisions. It structures the conditions under which decisions become reliable.Core principle:99% structured reasoning1% human decisionThis work positions IAMirror as a foundational layer for decision support, explainable reasoning, and cognitive infrastructure in complex environments. DOI-ready citation encourages academic referencing and reuse.
