This article develops a technology for processing cocoons modified with a novel composition and presentsthe scientific and practical foundations for managing this process in accordance with international standards. Theenvironmental safety of the production process, product quality, and consistency of working conditions are evaluatedbased on the requirements of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Global Organic Textile Standard,and OEKO-TEX.The research findings demonstrate that the implementation of a standards-based management system contributes toachieving high product quality indicators and ensuring the stability and sustainability of production processes
