D8.1 – ARXIVE Project Management Plan

Abstract

This document provides all ARXIVE partners with a shared understanding of the project’s working methods, procedures, and governance, ensuring that all contractual obligations with the European Commission are fulfilled. It offers a concise summary of the key project procedures, including governance structures, legal frameworks, project monitoring, reporting, financial management, and internal communication. The handbook is designed to guide all beneficiaries in project management procedures, reduce administrative overhead, and increase operational efficiency. It serves as a frequently consulted reference tool, providing standardized templates, communication protocols, and contact information for quick and effective collaboration across the consortium. Official ARXIVE project documents are stored in the Collaborative Working Space, which serves as the central repository for document management and version control. The handbook also defines internal communication guidelines, introduces collaborative workspaces and tools, specifies naming conventions and templates for document generation, and outlines the deliverable submission process to ensure high-quality outputs. Finally, it provides practical guidance on project reporting and administrative procedures, serving as a comprehensive reference for all consortium members. The handbook will be regularly updated throughout the project, and feedback from all partners is encouraged to maintain accuracy and relevance.
