This document describes how the LOPS2PIC (PLATO Input Catalog for the first Long-duration Observation Phase) data are organized. Basic information about the actual content of LOPS2PIC tables can be found in the accompanying release notes document. However, they include only a subset of the columns, i.e. those needed by the Science Operation Center (hereafter SOC).
