
Documentary Accountability Substrate (DAS) is a deterministic governance layer that transforms governing text into auditable obligation artifacts and preserves accountable chains of action across the lifecycle of AI system use. This repository is the canonical white paper and specification for the DAS architecture, comprising the Deterministic Document Review Protocol (DDRP) and the Controlled Attribution and Accountability Protocol (CAAP).
