Abstract

Ushbu maqolada pedagogik monitoring jarayonida o‘qituvchining shaxsiy sifatlarining rivojlanishi va o‘zgarishlarining ilmiy asoslangan baholash mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Maqola o‘qituvchining kasbiy va psixologik kompetensiyalarini doimiy ravishda kuzatish orqali, shaxsiy sifatlarining dinamik o‘sish tendensiyalarini aniqlash metodologiyasini ilgari suradi. Shu bilan birga, pedagogik monitoringning samaradorligini oshirish, o‘qituvchining kasbiy faoliyatidagi mustahkam va zaif jihatlarni aniqlash hamda rivojlantirish strategiyalarini shakllantirish jarayonlari batafsil ko‘rib chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari o‘qituvchining shaxsiy rivojlanish indikatorlarini tahlil qilishda zamonaviy metodlar va statistik monitoring vositalarining samaradorligini tasdiqlaydi, shuningdek, pedagogik yondashuvlarning o‘zaro ta’sirini hamda ijtimoiy-psixologik kontekstdagi o‘zgarishlarni integrativ tarzda ko‘rsatadi
