The scope of the first release of deliverable D3.3 is to provide the general structure of the Business Plan. The goals of the document are to present the general content of the OITB Business Plan and to identify the relevant information that are required to formulate the Plan and the Strategy for the project.The final Business Plan and Strategy will be elaborated based on this starting structure throughout the project and progressively updated when all the required information will be available, to be released at the end of the project (Deliverable due at M45) in the form of a public document.
