
This archive contains the numerical simulation code, parameter and configuration files, run scripts, and figure-generation scripts used to support the study “Reduced electro-thermal modeling of lesion formation in radiofrequency cardiac ablation: comparator definition and thermal latency”. The archive provides executable and inspectable source materials for the simulation and figure-generation workflow underlying the reported results. Manuscript-facing figures, benchmark tables, and other derived materials are deposited separately in the companion derived-data archive.
