Abstract

Initial release of the MALCA workflow used in the study. This repository provides an illustrative implementation of the MALCA machine learning pipeline for detection and classification of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacterales from antibiogram data. This version corresponds to the code used in the associated publication: "Direct carbapenemase typing from disc diffusion antibiograms with MALCA (MAchine Learning CArbapenemase)" and is archived for reproducibility.
