Abstract

Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida yuzaga keladigan nizolarni bartaraf etishning samarali pedagogik usullari hamda mediat­si ya texnologiyasining o‘rni yoritilgan bo‘lib, unda ta’lim muassasalarida o‘quvchilar, o‘qituvchilar va ota-onalar o‘rtasida kelib chiqadigan ziddiyatlarni tahlil qilish, ularning oldini olish hamda hal etish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Mediat­siya – nizolarni tinch yo‘l bilan hal qilish vositasi sifatida pedagogik jarayonda muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada, shuningdek, o‘qituvchilarning konfliktologik savodxonligini oshirish, ijtimoiy-emotsional kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
