The transitional season in Indonesia is often accompanied by changes in temperature and air pressure, which can reduce immune function and increase the risk of disease. Therefore, promotive and preventive efforts based on natural ingredients are essential, considering the high potential of medicinal plants in Indonesia. Spices such as green tea (Camellia sinensis), ginger (Zingiber officinale), cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmannii), and lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) are known to possess antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory activities that play an important role in supporting the immune system. However, limited public knowledge regarding the benefits and proper processing methods of these spices remains a barrier to their optimal utilization. This community service activity aimed to improve community knowledge and skills through training on the preparation of spice-based immunitea as an effort to enhance immune endurance. The method applied was health promotion through educational sessions and hands-on practice in making immunitea for the residents of Kadungrembug Village. The evaluation was conducted by assessing participants’ levels of understanding before and after the training. The results showed an increase in community knowledge and awareness regarding the benefits and processing methods of spices into herbal beverages with the potential to support immune health.
