This technical document details the deterministic translation framework used by the OpenPlanet Climate Risk Engine to map global CMIP6 and ERA5 climate tensors into localized economic decay and heat-related mortality metrics. It utilizes peer-reviewed models (Gasparrini 2017, Burke 2018, Stull 2011) to provide a financial audit of climate risk for the city of Kolkata under the SSP2-4.5 scenario for the target year 2030. This serves as the methodological and scientific baseline for the engine's 3D localized risk projections.
