The Interdisciplinary Team Toolbox is a collection of methods for interdisciplinary project teams, designed for fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Namely, they provide structure in the onboarding phase, support teams in establishing common ground between disciplines, foster cooperation, and help deal with differences in teams. The toolbox has been developed in the interdisciplinary Digital Ideation program at HSLU, Switzerland. It is intended for use in leadership and coaching, organizational development, and in any interdisciplinary team constellation.
