
IDAP is a modular evidence integration framework that combines curated OncoKB annotations, PubMed-derived gene-drug mention evidence, graph-based drug prioritization using a TxGNN-derived biomedical knowledge graph, and ClinicalTrials.gov metadata to generate patient-level therapeutic hypothesis reports from somatic mutation data (MAF files).
