Abstract: This article aims to observe the interior design of the apartment of the south brazilian architect Cláudio Araújo, located on the third and last floor of the FAM building. After a brief contextualization of Claudio's interest in problem-solving on the scale of detail - which emerged from his personal experiences during his youth and grew throughout the university and adult life, including professional practice at the office and teaching - the project analysis of the apartment's social part begins. The analysis ranges from Claudio's decisions (apparently made freely, without the interference of a client or, in this case, his family) to the "shell" of the apartment, which would be Peter Thornton's architectural shell, to the choice or design of furniture and decoration.
