
The Cabibbo angle is derived from OTIS octonion geometry as sin θ₁₂ = 1/√(N₂−1) = 1/√20 = 0.22361 (experiment: 0.22563, accuracy 99.1%). Quarks see N₂−1 = 20 Fano flags (one occupied by U(1) charge), while neutrinos see all 21 — explaining the systematic difference between small CKM and large PMNS mixing angles.
