A natural dark matter candidate is identified within the OTIS (General Theory of Hierarchical Synthesis) framework: the dark coherenton — a coherenton of level Ξ₂ that does not undergo the electromagnetic transition Ξ₂→Ξ₃ and therefore carries no electric charge or color. Its mass is predicted as m_χ = m_Planck × (1/21)¹³ ≈ 79 GeV — the same formula as the W boson mass. The dark sector occupies N₂ − dim(G₂) = 21 − 14 = 7 states of the Fano plane not engaged by the Standard Model gauge structure. The dark coherenton interacts weakly through Z-boson exchange via the two extra generators of G₂. The prediction m_χ ≈ 79 GeV is currently being tested by LHC and LUX-ZEPLIN direct detection experiments. Part of the OTIS series (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19160535).
