Abstract

What's Changed release-0.9.4 by @pvannierop in https://github.com/RADAR-base/RADAR-Gateway/pull/132: Simplified radar-kotlin configuration. Updated project version to 0.9.4. Applied security updates for March 2026. Reformatted the build file for consistency. Upgraded Gradle to version 8.14. Removed unused arguments from the build process. Excluded unnecessary buildSrc include build project. Implemented Gradle version catalog for better dependency management.
