Grundlagen zur wissenschaftlichen Auswertung von klinischen Informationen (FM-1)

Abstract

Es wird ein formales, mathematisch-informatikorientiertes Modell zur Auswertung klinischer Informationen in einer Herzchirurgie entwickelt (stellvertretend für Kliniken mit vergleichbarer Datenstruktur). Ziel ist die eindeutige, reproduzierbare und überprüfbare Selektion klinischer Sachverhalte auf Basis einer klaren zeitlichen Zuordnung zu Patienten und deren Aufenthalten. Das Modell dient als mathematisches Modell der klinischen Datenhaltung und als Grundlage für ein klinisches Auswertungssystem: Patienten, Aufenthalte und klinische Prozesse werden formal beschrieben, zeitliche Abläufe als Intervalle auf einer gemeinsamen Zeitachse modelliert, eine formale Abfragesprache formuliert sowie Validierungsregeln und Datenqualitätsmetriken definiert. FM-1 bildet das Grundlagenpaper der AION-Familie und ist Ausgangspunkt für FM-2 (erweitertes Modell), FM-3 (AION) und FM-4 (SILD). NOT a medical device (EU MDR 2017/745 / MPDG).
