Digital transformation continues to redesign Human Resource Management (HRM) through advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), HR analytics, cloud systems, automation, and emerging virtual environments. Leveraging secondary data from recent studies and systematic reviews, this paper analyses how digital technology reshape HRM functions (recruitment, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and strategic decision-making), from a traditional administrative function into a strategic, data driven partner. The integration of AI, HRIS and growing digital technology enhances the benefits though it introduces challenges like data ethics, data security, skill gaps, and change resistance in the form of unemployment threat.
