SABZAVOT EKINLARI NEMATODALARINI TAKSONOMIK VA EKOLOGO - FAUNISTIK TAHLIL QILISH

Abstract

Ushbu tezisda sabzavot ekinlari agrotsenozlarida uchraydigan fitonematodalarning taksonomik va ekologo-faunistik tahlili yoritiladi. Fitoparazit nematodalar mikroskopik o‘lchamlari, morfologik polimorfizmi va ekologik xilma-xilligi tufayli tasniflashda murakkab obyektlar hisoblanadi. Nematodalarni klassifikatsiya qilishda Chitwood, De Ley va Blaxter, Decraemer kabi yetakchi tadqiqotchilar tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan yondashuvlar asos qilib olinadi. Turlarni aniqlashda klassik morfologik diagnostika (stilet tuzilishi, labial halqa, ezofagus segmentlari, dum morfologiyasi, morfometrik indekslar) bilan bir qatorda DNK-markerlariga asoslangan molekulyar usullar ITS-rDNA, 28S rRNA va COI markerlaridan foydalanish kengaymoqda. Sabzavot ekinlari nematodalarining aniqlanishi bo‘yicha asosiy manbalar sifatida An Introduction to Nematology, Manual of Agricultural Nematology, Plant-Parasitic Nematodes: A Pictorial Key to Genera, Tylenchida Parasites of Plants and Insects kabi xalqaro qo‘llanmalar hamda Kiryanova, Paramonov va To‘laganov tomonidan yaratilgan mintaqaviy aniqlagichlar muhim hisoblanadi. Shuningdek, Nemaplex, EPPO va CABI kabi onlayn resurslar turlar bo‘yicha yangilanib boriladigan diagnostika, ekologik tavsif va tarqalish ma’lumotlarini taqdim etadi. Mazkur manbalar majmuasi sabzavot agrotsenozlarida uchraydigan nematodlarning ilmiy determinatsiyasi, tasnifi va ekologik tahlilini samarali amalga oshirish imkonini beradi.
