The integration of digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data analytics, cloud computing, and automation has transformed managerial functions including planning, organizing, and performance monitoring. This conceptual study examines the theoretical foundations of this transformation and highlights how digitalization enhances organizational adaptability, innovation capacity, and competitive advantage. The study further emphasizes the importance of dynamic capabilities, digital leadership, and socio-technical alignment in ensuring successful transformation. The findings suggest that digital transformation is not merely technological adoption but a strategic and cultural evolution essential for sustainable growth in a rapidly changing business environment.
