Este artigo investigou como os princípios do Estoicismo podem ser aplicados à vida profissional diária. Os fundamentos históricos da escola estóica, desde Zenão de Cítio até Marco Aurélio, foram explorados, enfatizando o caráter prático da filosofia antiga. Foram analisados conceitos como virtude, dicotomia do controle, logos e exercícios espirituais, e sua relevância para a mentalidade de sucesso contemporânea. O estudo teve como objetivo demonstrar que a adoção de práticas estoicas promove maior equilíbrio emocional, resiliência, ética profissional e produtividade sustentável. A metodologia utilizada foi bibliográfica, com base em autores clássicos e modernos. Os resultados indicaram que a aplicação do pensamento estóico contribui para uma vida profissional mais racional, equilibrada e orientada a valores. Concluiu-se que o Estoicismo permanece atual e oferece ferramentas concretas para profissionais que desejam alinhar desempenho, propósito e serenidade.

This article investigated how the principles of Stoicism can be applied to daily professional life. It explored the historical foundations of the Stoic school, from Zeno of Citium to Marcus Aurelius, emphasizing the practical nature of ancient philosophy. Concepts such as virtue, dichotomy of control, logos, and spiritual exercises were analyzed, and their relevance to the contemporary success mindset was discussed. The aim was to demonstrate that adopting Stoic practices promotes greater emotional balance, resilience, professional ethics, and sustainable productivity. The methodology used was bibliographic, based on classical and modern authors. Results indicated that the application of Stoic thought contributes to a more rational, balanced, and value-oriented professional life. It was concluded that Stoicism remains relevant and offers concrete tools for professionals who wish to align performance, purpose, and serenity.
