Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda logistika va ta’minot zanjiri boshqaruvida raqamli texnologiyalarning jadal rivojlanishi Logistika 4.0 konsepsiyasining shakllanishiga olib keldi. Ushbu konsepsiya Internet of Things (IoT), aqlli sensorlar, GPS monitoring, katta ma’lumotlar tahlili va boshqa raqamli texnologiyalar yordamida logistika jarayonlarini samarali boshqarishni nazarda tutadi. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi tracking va tracing texnologiyalarining logistika tizimlarida qiymat yaratishdagi rolini tahlil qilishdan iborat. Tadqiqot eksplorativ ko‘p holatli (multiple-case study) metodologiyasi asosida olib borilib, logistika sohasida faoliyat yurituvchi mutaxassislar va loyiha ishtirokchilari bilan o‘tkazilgan intervyular ma’lumotlar manbasi sifatida foydalanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari tracking va tracing texnologiyalarini joriy etish logistika jarayonlarida operatsion samaradorlikni oshirish, ta’minot zanjiri ko‘rinuvchanligini ta’minlash, shaffoflik darajasini kuchaytirish hamda xavfsizlikni yaxshilashga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatdi. O‘zbekiston sharoitida logistika tizimining raqamlashtirilishi transport infratuzilmasini modernizatsiya qilish va GPS monitoring tizimlarini joriy etish orqali rivojlanmoqda. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, Logistika 4.0 texnologiyalari intermodal yuk kuzatuvi, konteyner aktivlarini boshqarish hamda logistika jarayonlarini sertifikatlash kabi yo‘nalishlarda samarali qo‘llanishi mumkin.
