Abstract

In dieser Präsentation im Rahmen der DatenHorizonte 2026 werden zentrale Fragen zum Urheberrecht und zu Lizenzen sowie deren Zusammenhang mit Forschungsdaten und die daraus resultierenden Forschungsprivilegien behandelt. Der Fokus liegt auf den Grundlagen des Urheberrechts und der Gestaltung einer sicheren und rechtskonformen Nutzung und Weitergabe von Forschungsdaten. Somit eignen sich die Folien und der Vortrag sowohl für Einsteiger:innen als auch für Fortgeschrittene und erfahrene Forschende sowie Datennutzende.
