Abstract: Fear impacts child development, particularly affecting Highly Sensitive Children (HSCs) due to their intense sensory processing. This study aims to analyze the potential of nature and the Waldorf methodology as tools for emotional regulation and fear management in these students. Methodologically, a descriptive study was conducted using an ad-hoc survey of 104 Early Childhood and Primary Education teachers. The instrument assessed knowledge of the trait, strategies employed, and perceived barriers. The results reveal that, although 76.9% of teachers identify HSC students and 70.2% consider nature highly beneficial for their calming, discrepancies exist in practice: 81.6% cite a lack of resources as the main barrier, and only 24% have in-depth training on the trait. The study concludes that, despite the perceived effectiveness of natural environments, it is urgent to improve teacher training and the provision of suitable spaces to guarantee genuine inclusion.
