Abstract

Publicado en Clinical and Experimental Rheumatology (Q3, factor de impacto 1,63), este artículo tiene como objetivo sistematizar la práctica de la videocapilaroscopia periungueal en pacientes con esclerosis sistémica, aportando criterios objetivos y pautas metodológicas para mejorar la estandarización y reproducibilidad de la técnica. Mi coautoría refleja una implicación activa y continuada desde las fases iniciales del proyecto, centrada en la aportación sistemática de imágenes clínicas de alta calidad, fundamentales para entrenar herramientas basadas en inteligencia artificial que reducen la subjetividad en la interpretación. Esta participación ha permitido generar datos clínicos relevantes y representativos, con impacto directo en la práctica asistencial, facilitando diagnósticos más precisos, una mejor estratificación del riesgo y un seguimiento más homogéneo de los pacientes. El artículo ha recibido 22 citas según Scopus (percentil 83, FWCI 1,63), provenientes de trabajos internacionales sobre videocapilaroscopia, microvasculopatía y diagnóstico de esclerosis sistémica, reflejando su reconocimiento científico. Desde su publicación en 2022, la revista mantiene su posicionamiento Q3, con factor de impacto estable, consolidándose como un referente en reumatología clínica y técnicas diagnósticas aplicadas a enfermedades autoinmunes sistémicas, lo que garantiza difusión internacional y visibilidad de los resultados.
