Supplementary Animation: The Unified Hybrid Synthesis - A Bimodal Topological Framework for Sovereign Pan-Plasmodium Eradication

Abstract

This video artifact serves as the empirical visual proof for the "Unified Hybrid Synthesis," demonstrating the circumvention of classical QUBO limitations on the $\aleph_0$ discrete space. The animation visualizes the African continental operational theater as a 4D topological spacetime manifold $(x,y,z,\tau)$. Classical Markov chains predictably stall in the local thermodynamic minima of this glassy, lossy manifold. By shifting to the $\aleph_1$ continuum, the bimodal framework utilizes Variational Neural Annealing (VNA) to execute a continuous "spectral wash." This visualizes the entanglement of the Logistical Viscosity Tensor $(\mathcal{V}_{ij})$ and the dynamic Local Genomic Tensor $(\mathcal{G})$, successfully locating the global minimum required for absolute pathogen collapse without decoherence.
