
This document establishes a methodological framework for monitoring, documenting and updating research on the mechanism of forced expulsion through “release”. The framework provides procedures for identifying new cases, verifying information and integrating new empirical data into the analytical structure of the research series. The document is part of the research programme studying practices of forced expulsion of political prisoners from Belarus.
