ASAB MARKAZLARINING XOSSALARI VA MARKAZIY NERV TIZIMINING REFLEKTOR TAMOYILI

Abstract

Mazkur tezisda markaziy nerv tizimi faoliyatining asosiy tamoyili bo‘lgan reflektor prinsip va asab markazlarining funksional xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Refleks yoyining tarkibiy qismlari (retseptor, afferent neyron, refleks markazi, efferent neyron va effektor) va ularning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi yoritilgan. Reflekslarning sinapslar soniga (monosinaptik va polisinaptik) hamda kelib chiqishiga (tug‘ma va orttirilgan) ko‘ra tasnifi berilgan. Asab markazlarining bir tomonlama qo‘zg‘alish o‘tkazish, qo‘zg‘alishlarning yig‘indisi, ritm transformatsiyasi, qo‘zg‘alishning keyingi ta’siri, oksigen yetishmasligiga yuqori sezuvchanlik kabi asosiy xossalari batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, asab markazlarida tormozlanish jarayonlarining turlari (postsinaptik, presinaptik va resiprokal tormozlanish) va ularning reflektor faoliyatdagi ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan. Orqa miyada joylashgan markaziy pattern generatorlarning ritmik harakatlarni tashkil etishdagi roli, xususan V1, V2a va V2b neyron populyatsiyalarining o‘zaro ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Reflekslarning moslashuvchanligi va neyromediatorlarning bu jarayondagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Shuningdek, so‘nggi yillarda nevrologiya sohasida amalga oshirilgan kashfiyotlar, jumladan aksonlarning “marvaridlar tizmasi” shaklidagi tuzilishi va miyada yangi aniqlangan mukofot markazi haqidagi ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.
