Politika socijalnog stanovanja - Mogućnosti i ostvarivanje prava za žene koje su preživele nasilje

Abstract

Analiza se bavi mapiranjem stambenih potreba i stambene ugroženosti žena koje su preživele nasilje, kao i pravnim okvirom politike socijalnog stanovanja na nivou Republike Srbije i Grada Beograda, uz pregled njene praktične primene za ovu kategoriju korisnica. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo nekoliko oblasti: analizu stambenih potreba korisnica Autonomnog ženskog centra (NVO) u petogodišnjem periodu (2015–2020), pregled važećeg zakonodavnog okvira na republičkom i gradskom nivou, analizu ostvarivanja prava iz oblasti socijalnog stanovanja u Beogradu za žene koje su preživele nasilje tokom osamnaest godina (2002–2020), te prikaz evropskih modela dobre prakse u ovoj oblasti. Osnovna ograničenja istraživanja bila su nekonzistentnost pravnih dokumenata, obuhvatnost analiziranog vremenskog perioda, kao i izuzetno skromna praksa kreiranja i sprovođenja mera politike socijalnog stanovanja namenjenih ovoj kategoriji korisnica.
