The study examines comparative business practices across different regions of Ghana to identify regional variations in business strategies and outcomes. A comparative case study approach was employed, analysing secondary data from official sources including government reports, academic journals, and industry surveys. Distinct business strategies are evident across regions, with the Northern Region showing higher reliance on traditional agricultural practices compared to urban areas in Greater Accra. The findings suggest that specific business models may be more effective in certain regions of Ghana based on local conditions. Businesses should tailor their strategies to regional characteristics for greater success, and policymakers could support development initiatives aligned with regional needs.
