Tadqiqot davomida turli mamlakatlar tajribasi qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, ta’lim sifatini oshirish orqali inson kapitalini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha ilmiy xulosalar va takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
