
This article studies the issues of developing responsibility and initiative in future teachers in the process of training pedagogical personnel. Responsibility and initiative are important as professional and personal qualities of pedagogical personnel, and their formation plays a decisive role in increasing the effectiveness of the modern education system. The article analyzes the theory of pedagogy and psychology, as well as state programs and decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of education. The results of the study indicate effective ways to develop responsibility and initiative in future teachers through innovative, interactive and designed methods in the pedagogical process. At the same time, the article provides scientific and practical recommendations and identifies measures aimed at improving the quality of education.
