This paper defines the structural framework described in the companion evidence papers: two fundamental operations, four regimes, four singularity events, sixteen positions, sixteen first principles, and one mandatory cyclic order. It does not present evidence. Evidence is published separately. The purpose of this paper is to provide a precise, self-contained reference that allows independent researchers to apply the framework to systems in their own domain and to evaluate the structural claims on which the evidence papers depend.
