Shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan yondashuv individual qobiliyat va ehtiyojlarni inobatga olgan holda metodikalarni tanlashga imkon beradi, bu esa o‘qituvchilarning fikrlash madaniyatini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi.
