XIX ASIRDA O'RTA OSIYO XONLIKLARIDA SOLIQ TIZIMI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada XIX asrlarda O‘rta Osiyo mintaqasida mavjud bo‘lgan Buxoro amirligi, Xiva va Qo‘qon xonliklarining soliq tizimi va soliq ma’muriyatchiligi qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda xonliklar iqtisodiyotining asosi bo‘lgan agrar munosabatlar, yer egaligining turlari va aholidan olingan asosiy soliqlar (xiroj, tanobona, zakot va boshqalar) hamda ularning yig‘ilish tartiblari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada soliq yukining ijtimoiy tabaqalanishga ta’siri, mahalliy amaldorlarning soliq yig‘ishdagi vakolatlari va bu tizimning davlat boshqaruvidagi o‘rni arxiv ma’lumotlari hamda tarixiy manbalar asosida yoritiladi. Maqola yakunida xonliklar o‘rtasidagi soliq tizimidagi o‘xshashliklar va farqli jihatlar bo‘yicha xulosalar berilgan.
