Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’limni xalqaro­lashtirish jarayonining mohiyati va uning milliy universitetlar maqomi hamda faoliyati bilan o‘zaro munosabati qisqacha tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda xalqaro­lashtirish milliy universitetlarning milliy vazifalariga zid jarayon emasligi, aksincha, ularning ta’lim sifati, ilmiy salohiyati va global akademik makondagi raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi strategik omil ekani nazariy manbalar asosida asoslab berilgan.
