Abstract

Ushbu maqolada valeologiya fanining mazmuni, predmeti, metodologik asoslari va amaliy ahamiyati yoritiladi. Valeologiya inson salomatligini faqat kasallik yo‘qligi sifatida emas, balki jismoniy, ruhiy, ijtimoiy va xulqiy farovonlikning yaxlit holati sifatida talqin etadigan fan sifatida tahlil qilinadi.
