IsoTrack is an R script snippet that provides functionality for data formatting, processing, filtering, and visualization of compound-specific or molecular formula-specific isotope ratio analysis for organic molecules in complex mixtures of natural organic matter (NOM) obtained by ultra-high-resolution mass spectrometry (UHRMS).
