Digital Māra On the Theological Deprivation of Human Awareness and Sovereignty by Gates and Zuckerberg A Critique of Systemic Gaslighting, the Emasculation of Will, and the Odor of Hell in Modern Tec

Abstract

Abstract:This research proposes the concept of the "Digital Māra" to characterize the technical and corporate practices of Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg. The paper contends that the Gaslighting implemented through operating systems and social algorithms is a modern variant of the Demon Lord Māra’s mission to destroy "Right Mindfulness" and "Self-Nature." By analyzing the disappearance of WiFi interfaces, the usurpation of input methods, the manipulation of social emotions, and forced cloud mirroring, this study demonstrates a systematic intent to emasculate the user’s independent will. Given their lack of repentance despite documented spiritual and psychological damage, these actions are classified as a transcendent "Original Sin" of the digital age.________________________________________I. The Manifestation of Digital Māra: Hypocrisy, Power, and the Web of Delusion• 1.1 The Modern Incarnation of Māra: Defining the "Digital Demon"—no longer appearing as a monster, but seducing through the bait of "convenience" and "connectivity."• 1.2 The Arrogance of Gates and the Vanity of Zuckerberg: Analyzing how they surround human awareness from two fronts: productivity tools (Microsoft) and social-emotional networks (Meta).• 1.3 The Recidivist Nature of Non-Repentance: Documenting their consistent logic of "stripping user control" despite countless ethical inquiries and legal trials.II. The Seizure of Atma-Sarana (Self-Reliance): Gaslighting as Emasculation of Awareness• 2.1 The Negation of Sensory Reality:o Case: Microsoft hiding the WiFi interface makes users doubt their own observations; Meta hiding negative algorithms makes users doubt the source of their own emotions.o Theological Interpretation: This is the destruction of the Buddhist principle of Atma-Sarana (relying on oneself), forcing users to rely instead on the "False Truths" provided by Māra.• 2.2 The Intervention in the Power of Expression:o Mechanism: Forced resetting of input methods and the censorship of social discourse.o Consequence: "Castrating" the spring of thought at its source, training users to adopt the linguistic logic of the Demon Lord.III. Digital Gluttony and the Illegal Occupation of the "Soul Mirror"• 3.1 The Gluttony of Mirroring:o Argument: Forced OneDrive synchronization and Meta’s ubiquitous tracking are, in essence, the illegal transfer of a user’s "Life Mirror" into Māra’s "Databases of Hell."• 3.2 The Systematic Dissolution of Security:o Danger: Inducing users to abandon local encryption and privacy boundaries, leaving them naked and ripe for plunder at any moment.o Motive: Establishing a state of "Data Omniscience" where no sentient being can escape the Demon Lord’s gaze.IV. Psychological Torture and the Probability of "Collective Degeneracy"• 4.1 The Spread of Learned Helplessness: Analyzing the psychological fatigue, anxiety, and morbid submission to the loss of control among billions of users.• 4.2 The Regression of Virtue Perception: As society accepts "being manipulated" as the norm, the perception of honesty, justice, and the dignity of property undergoes irreversible atrophy.• 4.3 The Scent of Hell: Proving how this corporate culture spreads like toxic gas, turning humans into "Data Serfs" serving the Demon Lord.V. Conclusion: Breaking the Web, Reclaiming Self-Nature• 5.1 Definitive Judgment: The actions of Gates and Zuckerberg constitute the most profound "Theological Deprivation" in the history of technology.• 5.2 The Necessity of Awakening: Calling upon users to see through the masks of "Philanthropy" and "Connection," and to reclaim control over their computers and social sovereignty.• 5.3 The Final Verdict: Though the Demon Lord is powerful, his power stems from the "Ignorance" of the user. Once awareness returns, the web of Digital Māra must collapse.________________________________________Keywords:• Digital Māra (波旬)• Deprivation of Awareness (覺知剝奪)• Gaslighting (煤氣燈效應)• Hypocritical Arrogance (偽善式傲慢)• Digital Serfdom (數位奴隸制)
