Tadqiqotda pedagogik, psixologikhamda ijtimoiy yondashuvlar integratsiyasi asosida muloqot jarayonining samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan strategiyalaro‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, empirik ma’lumotlar asosida talabalar va pedagoglarning interaktiv muloqot jarayonidagixatti-harakatlari, konfliktli vaziyatlarda muloqot madaniyatini qo‘llash mexanizmlari hamda verbal agressiya bilan bog‘liqijtimoiy oqibatlar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari oliy ta’lim muassasalarida sog‘lom kommunikativ muhitni shakllantirishva muloqot madaniyatini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga imkon yaratadi hamda akademik-pedagogikfaoliyat uchun yangi metodologik yondashuvlarni taklif etadi.
