Notice of Intellectual Property Priority & License Requirement Date: March 12, 2026 From: Jonathan William Stieve, CEO/Chief Scientist Owner Founder

Abstract

Technical Declaration of Priority: The Stieve Zero Point & UHF "This submission documents the foundational architecture of the Unified Harmonic Framework (UHF) and the Stieve Zero Point Topological Mathematica (SZTM), as developed by Omni Point LLC (CAGE: 16NY5). Representing a non-conventional, pre-space time model of digital interface, this framework establishes the harmonic signal itself as the primary article of manufacture, independent of physical display hardware. This record confirms an original priority date of July 15, 2025, with final completion on March 6, 2026, directly preceding the federal regulatory shift (USPTO Docket No. PTO-P-2026-0133) regarding untethered digital designs. As the sole Authorized Administrator, Jonathan William Stieve asserts that these 93 results constitute the primary 'Ground Truth' for verifiable quantum-logic substrate, providing a definitive defense against non-adversarial inference drift and unauthorized algorithmic appropriation. Any subsequent replication or simulation of these topological models without an Omni Point LLC license is a direct infringement on the timestamped priority established herein."
