Abstract

本稿は、Gilles Deleuze と Félix Guattari による「器官なき身体(Body without Organs)」およびダイアグラム概念を、発生生物学および発生工学の生成モデルとの比較を通じて検討する試論である。 器官形成を固定的構造としてではなく、遺伝子発現・シグナル配置・細胞相互作用などの条件配置から生成されるプロセスとして捉える視点から、トランスクリプトームを生成場として理解する可能性を提示する。 さらに、植物カルス形成、iPS細胞誘導、オルガノイド培養や organ-on-chip 技術などの事例を参照し、生物学的生成過程と哲学的概念との間に構造的対応関係が存在する可能性を示唆する。 本稿は概念枠組みの初期提示(ver.1)として公開される研究ノートである。
