Implantação Experimental de Atendimento em Tempo Integral para Pré-escola na Rede Municipal de Educação de Cuiabá

Abstract

Este documento apresenta a proposta de implantação experimental do atendimento em tempo integral para turmas de Pré-Escola – Grupo 4 (G4) na Rede Municipal de Educação de Cuiabá, a partir do ano letivo de 2026. A iniciativa fundamenta-se em estudos técnicos desenvolvidos pela Coordenadoria de Microplanejamento Educacional (CMPE), especialmente na obra “Coerência etária, data-corte e organização da Educação Infantil: diretrizes técnicas para o planejamento G0–G5 no Sistema Municipal de Educação de Cuiabá”, que estabelece parâmetros para organização pedagógica, proporção adulto-criança e continuidade do percurso educacional na Educação Infantil. O estudo também dialoga com análises territoriais da demanda por vagas, que identificaram a não-aparição recorrente de parte das crianças de quatro anos nos processos de matrícula da pré-escola, produzindo descontinuidades no percurso G0–G5. Como resposta a esse fenômeno, propõe-se a criação do G4 Integral, ampliando o mix de oferta educacional da rede municipal. O documento apresenta os fundamentos pedagógicos da proposta, a organização da rotina educativa, o quadro de profissionais, a arquitetura pedagógica do atendimento integral e indicadores para monitoramento da experiência piloto na rede municipal.
