
This work proposes a conceptual hierarchical framework for the generation of persistent structures in complex systems. The model introduces a vertical structural order consisting of: non-closure → bias → structural irreversibility → dynamic stabilization (SAFE) → structural generation. Non-closure (Δφ₀) allows systems to depart from perfect symmetry. Bias (Δφ⋆) represents a measurable directional asymmetry that does not vanish on average. Structural irreversibility formalizes the impossibility of reversing the orientation within the same structural class. Dynamic stabilization (SAFE) maintains the bias within bounded fluctuations. When nonlinear redistribution occurs across scales, recursive structures such as fractal or power-law patterns emerge. Within this framework, large-scale structures are not treated as primary causes but as consequences of sustained directional bias and its structural constraints. The Δφ vertical structure model provides a general conceptual structure connecting ontological asymmetry, statistical bias, dynamic stabilization, and emergent structure.
